Our goal is to create a beautiful, timeless space that you will enjoy for years to come. we source our material from Virginia growers; prioritizing native and unique plants that will make your garden stand out.

What a meeting and our design process looks like

We come to you! and spend an hour walking through your space; listening carefully to your vision. After getting to know you and your needs, we take photos and measurements to create a detailed design proposal. Drawing directly onto the photographs of your space for the most accurate view, Justine will create a visual rendering of the landscape design. Meanwhile, Aaron curates a detailed interactive email with links to the plants we have chosen, so you can get a feel for the layout and a deep understanding of each individual plant species. The proposal is sent within 7-10 days after receipt of your non-refundable deposit which will be proportional to the amount of landscaping required and applied to your final balance. After you receive your proposal, we welcome your feedback. It’s your space, and we want nothing more than for you to get the garden of your dreams. Finally, we will make edits and substitutions to the plan, and set a date for installation.

Our Labor Rates

For installations, we charge a per plant labor fee, based off the size of the pot or root ball. This is in addition to plant material costs, and will be a separate line item on estimates/invoices.

Additional services that you may request that are an hourly fee of $75/hr plus cost of materials if applicable:

-Mulching

-Pruning or small tree removal

-Tree health evaluations

-New bed creation

Some additional services on a case by case basis.

**We do not install June-Aug because of Virginia’s high heat and tendency towards drought during the summer months. However, our schedule is open for initial meetings and design creation during this time, and together we will determine an appropriate date for installation based on the weather.
